By submitting you agree to the following:

Basic Tournament Rules

  1. NO ENTRY IS SECURED UNTIL ENTRY FEE, IN FULL, AND CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE IS RECEIVED.
  2. $4.00 for Adults and $3.00 for Children will be charged per day at time of admission. A Weekend pass will be sold.
  3. Any team dropping from the tournament will forfeit their entry fee.
  4. I understand if a tournament is cancelled Newton Park is not responsible for airfares, car rental, hotel costs, vacation time lost or any other cost involved with traveling to this event.
  5. I understand Newton Park does not guarantee the number of teams participating in the tournament.
  6. Weather Related Cancellation Policy: If no games played, 80% will be refunded. If one game started, 60% will be refunded. If two games started, no refund
  7. Specific Tournament Rules will be posted online by December 1st, please read.

Newton Park Rules and Regulations

  1. ABSOLUTLEY NO COOLERS ALLOWED.
  2. NO Bikes, Skateboards, or In-Line Skating.
  3. NO Outside Food or Drinks of Any Kind.
  4. NO Weapons, Smoking, or Tobacco (Including Parking Lots)
  5. NO Pop-up Tents are Allowed
  6. NO Violence or Profanity.
  7. NO Defacing of Property
  8. NO Alcohol or Drugs
  9. NO Animals
  10. Please obey all Field Closed Signs

Failure to comply with any or all of these rules and regulations are grounds for immediate expulsion from the park.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. Please be a good steward and help keep your park clean and neat by disposing of trash properly and using the color-coded recycling bins.
Newton Park Inc., Union-North United School Corp., Park Contributors, or Sponsors will not be held liable for injury, death, damage, or property loss.
Please hand out these rules and regulations to all players, parents, and chaperons.
